Aside form "It's not really metal" what is wrong next to Nu Metal?

it seems that whenever this gets asked, thats the simply answer given.

Old Linkin Park was fantastic IMO. It be sort of different yet a bit generic, but I really, really loved LP's Hybrid Theory album. Their new stuff is complete alternative radio rubbish. Apparantly they're now aiming to be "The best band contained by the world", and judging from their current style that is NEVER going to develop. Source(s): Heyo. =)

I crop up to like Sevendust,Korn,Limp Bizkit(yes I know) old Linkin Park,and prehistoric Disturbed
Other bands include Slipknot and Evanescence

In my opinion Nu-metal band try too hard to make music. They enjoy no orginality and no depth into their music. You got stupid bands close to Slipknot, Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Disturbed.
WTF is Nu Metal? Korn, Disturbed, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit SUCK.

Today's metalcore is absolutely fantastic, though.
