I guess i hold some form of metal issues - in relation to anxiety depression?

bipolar disorder. I am soo fustrated with myself. Its hard 2 maintain going when u constantly get stuck or go backwards after u have some progress... The enviornment in which i have 2 live, due 2 the reality Im not working, is not helpful its awful - 2 say-so the least. Its like i own my own issues and feelings i have 2 settlement with ... then i hold ppl around me who r negative and miserable and angry. The negative life is directed towards me no matter what.
When u get stuck in urself - how do u cope or what do u say 2 urself 2 start a challenge? I indicate if i have a problem with within myself i dnt direct it toward any1. I wouldnt want 2 hurt some1s feelings if it really has nought 2 do with them.

I am like that too, but its not bipolar. For me, its panic disorder, drastically reactive nerve endings, a big imagination, and fricking hormones. I desire this could effect someone other than me.
try to see a physician, you just may be bipolar and you'll need a mild medication that will makeyou not so stressful. well-mannered luck.

Brooklyn - I don't know anything about bipolar disorder, but I do know seriously about anxiety and depression. Anxiety is just another word for FEAR. And depression is purely another term for emotional overload.

Please know, EMOTIONS (like anxiety and depression) are ENERGIES IN MOTION surrounded by our bodies. Emotions are meant to be FULLY FELT and then released.

You need someone to communicate to, and should consider joining a counselling group.
Before I start to talk I must tell you that doesn`t matter what you are going through definitely isn't Bipolar Disorder, so get that opinion out of your head.


Anyways, I would consider going to therapy or group concealing so you can win your feelings out the healthy passageway and possibly fix them.

You are a sensitive individual. These other people are refusal and toxic. I refer to them as human vampire, as they suck the life force out of you.

You will have to swot to steel yourself and not absorb any of their negativity directed your way. Pity them for anyone stupid and ignorant, but don't have a knee-jerk aversion and get upset. See their behavior for what is is and the move on.

If you have a feeling you're stuck, concentrate on only one thing that you would resembling to do and start doing it. It will have a snowball effect, and you will find yourself doing more and becoming unstuck. Keep plugging away. If you fall backwards, seize up, brush yourself off, and start again. That's how it's done.

Again, do not allow the others to upset you. You have the power in yourself to either let others control you or not. Make yourself the one surrounded by control.
What's with all the 2s ? Get a opportunity so you can move to a better place. Only you can make a better, happier life for yourself. Think just about moving in with relations so you don't feel so lonely. Try giving yourself positive messages. Or do nothing and it will in recent times get worse! So resolve to do better for yourself.
