How can I produce a 3mm groove surrounded by aluminium guide minus milling tool?

the aluminium channel is 1000mm long, 100mm wide and have two 50mm sides. I need to create four 3mm wide and thoughtful "slots" the entire length of the channel. One on each side, 3mm contained by from the edges of the 50mm sides also one each side, 10mm in from the "back" of the subway. I dont have a milling machine.

A machine shop will do it fairly cheaply. Let the pros near the right tools do the work. Just make sure that you give them ALL the specs that you want done.
I assume the channel is an extruded shape, most credible a c-channel or u-channel. If you have to run the grooves on the inside of the short legs, you will need a milling contrivance due to the tight spaces. If all the grooves are external, the router or table saw could work using tungsten carbide tip blade or cutter.

With appropriate mounting jigs - use a 3mm milling/routing bit in a bench drill. Build a metal guide to contribute the extrustion to the drill. The tighter the better.

It might be possible with a 3mm thick circular saw but controlling the workpiece will be much harder.

Is in attendance any possibility that you could build your desired shape by combining several pieces of aliminium, rather than milling one ?
Do not try the router method these morons suggest. Too dangerous. Have it done at a machine shop on their milling gadget.
If you enjoy access to a woodworkers router you can use a 3mm tct router cutter and a fence attached to the router successfully.
There are blades you can buy for a circular saw that will do what you need. I am not for sure you can buy one 3mm cavernous but that is where I would start. Install the blade and set it for the depth you requirement.
Sounds approaching you want this to be pretty precise. The only way you'll enjoy any precision is to take it to a machine shop and own them mill it.
Use a plunge router beside a fence.
Besides all these,, the easiest way is to run it on a table saw near an appropriate sized dado blade!! The blades will need re-sharpening!!
