I do not know what do you want to get done. If you want to lose weight following article can give you some accepted wisdom: Source(s): http://www.weight-loss-choice.com/exerci…
I find them all to be very beneficial if done properly. By that I suggest, if you run fast enough on the treadmill, or put plenty resistance on when using the bike or elliptical. I laugh at the general public that jump on the bike and elliptical and they sit at hand with 0 or 1 resistance and think they are truly doing something worthwhile. For me, its the treadmill thats the best. I generally run about 8 miles an hour for an hour to an horu and fifteen minutes. During the 1 hour, I across the world burn around 1200 calories (when taking into account my speed, age, sex, and weight). Its hard to assault that count on anything else, plus I also participate in the occasional outdoor see, so this gets me ready to do that :)
tread mill would be the most impact.
The elliptical burns the most calories for me (I can't run fast satisfactory on the treadmill, nor pedal fast enough on the bike). I'm competent to burn about 800 calories/hour on it. It's easy on the knees.
Of course, it probably have the least crossover. If you bike or jog for other reason, then you may want to incorporate those machines into your workout.
Each provides different benefits. Just read the article below on different benefits from respectively. Source(s): http://www.healthfun-ps.com/exercise-equ…
I have a treadclimber. It is kind of similar to a treadmill, stair stepper and elliptical all rolled contained by one.I get an awesome low impact cardio workout. Source(s): http://treadmill-king.com/treadclimber_t…
