I call for a 4-5 axis cnc milling piece of equipment?
i am trying to build a jet from scratch (without buying parts) and would love to draw from my hands on a relatively cheap machine, a small one would meet your requirements but im not able to find the small sort of thing im looking for anywhere, does anyone hold any idea where i might find one (inexpensive), it cant be a 3 axis as you cant mill a turbine that passageway. im in the uk

I don't think "cheap" and "4-5 axis cnc" belong together. If you want this entity to work, you will need reasonably tight tolerances (which does not = cheap) and you will call for metals or ceramics with reasonable physical properties, in particular strength at elevated temperature (which does not = cheap and does not = easily machinable). You could investigate for machine shops which already have 4, 5, & 6 axis CNC machining capability (and skill and experience programing them) and ask them for a quote on one of your more complicated parts. You may find the response quite surprising. Good luck
Wow...this is ambitious!! Well I can only re-iterate what the previous answerer said on this. 4 and especially 5 axis mills are pretty expensive and in the case of 5 axis mills are pretty difficult to set up. You would really be better off going to a company and getting it produced by them.
However if you really want to build it by yourself you could try getting in touch near companies such as traub, mazak or hitachi and see what the cheapest 4 and 5 axis models they have are.
Keep an eye on ebay too...surprisingly these things tend to crop upsecond-hand there every so normally....albeit at 30-40 grand a pop!!
