Wat r the defect cause by milling machine(metal milling) to the workpiece and how to prevent them?

i need the different types of defects cause to the workpiece during milling operation and also ways to prevent it. Thx in advance.

it depends on the assorted parameter which can cause defect to the workpiece , approaching material u r using ,according to that and which kind of finishing u want any it is only rouging kind of operation of finishing ,
if u r giving more depth of cut than it will administer less surface finish and while having a appropriate speed and less depth of cut u will get better surface finish.
