Have interview at FORD MOTOR COMPANY for assembly splash production position?
Does anyone have an idea of what types of question will be asked?Apparently they are BEHAVIORAL based scenario type questions? ie.How do you be in motion about resolvind a dispute?etc.THANKS

Its going to be a basic interview. Im sure all training is provided. All companys are losing money, and Ford isn't the worst on that.
this is not as bad as it sounds. most of the question are looking to see if you would make a good squad member and are not argumentative etc.
the hardest part will be the actual examination with the handsby the side of! eg building parts on to an engine in a time frame using a moving conveyor with actual engines etc.
try not to nouns , ask about the need for gloves etc as these come across to be what most folk find so difficult to use at first. Good luck.
I dint know anybody who has failed the question but several who failed the practical assembly tasks.do not be afraid to ask questions they don't want to fall short anybody butits simply a way of finding out if oyu can do the job and will fit contained by.
