What's the most cost significant hot-melt glue: metal to metal sheet bounding within continuous production lines
Answers:
contact a good, all around adhesive rep (like Ellsworth Adhesives). have a rep come out and eval the process.
polyamides are going to be the cheapest. they are the highest manufactured systems out here. it is tough to say exactly what will be the best for you. perhaps a PUR? they are more expensive, but provide much better actions. by the general description of your question, you could use only about anything- fast curing urethane, epoxy, acrylic, etc, etc. Really draw from an adhesives rep in in attendance that you can count on.
Also, no matter what sign up for ASI (adhesives and sealants industry) magazine. in the rear legs, there is a Q&A section done by my dear friend Dave Dunn- unbelievably competent if you want a hired consultant. Source(s): adhesives chemist
