I recommend that you walk to a gym (if you have a membership, great, except, I highly recommend that you get one) and ask one of the fitness trainers nearby how many of the machines work. Most of them are self-explanatory and even have little visuals on them that show how they're supposed to work, but I know that the fitness trainers who work at a gym are at hand for YOU. If you need help, ask.

Seriously, though, I would estimate that in attendance are at least 8 different machines to work out a different facet of a certain body chunk - listing them would be impossible.
