A wok, frying pans....
if you are talking about what we use in a minute, basically, just like peas in a pod as other people in other countries, frying pan, stove, saucers, oven, etc. what sets filipino cooking apart nowadays are the ingredients used in cooking and the method of cooking.
but if you are pertaining to the olden days filipinos use to cook within what we call as "palayok". It is a pot that is made out of clay and is usually redish/brownish surrounded by color. most of the people back after do not have stovetops so they use charcoal or sometimes thin strips of wood to cook their food.
some filipino restaurants still serve their food contained by a palayok to have an authentic filipino dining experience.
