Take going on for 250 grams of black gram-Urad dal(Botanical Name: Phaseolus mungo)--soak in sufficient water overnight.Spread over a fine Stainless Steel mesh(sieve) till they sprout (in nearly 25 degree Celsius-takes about 24 hours). after sprouting is complete,hold on to it in refrigerator and use-with salt and black pepper powder to morsel.-Excellent.--if you are NOT concerned about Fat and red pepper(Chilli)-Dal Maakhani(a Punjabi preparation) is delcious.
