What's the best excerise equipment to use to target stomach.?
i want to start working out but dont know which equipment to use...im 5 ft 8 inches and weight 156.i like my size i want to lose my stomach...what excerise or technique will lend a hand or should i just walk>?

Hook your feet lower than a radiator, or get someone to hold them down, then do sit ups.
You can also lift up your legs whilst lying flat. Keep them straight, and raise them one at a time. Just a few reps at first until your muscles get over the surprise. A slow lift up taxes your stomach muscles more than a quick swing. You can introduce raising both legs together after a while, but scant you don't overdo it (feel your abs when you raise both legs even an inch or two off the ground).
