Is it secure for my nine year hoary to use the gym equipment?
now i feel its a no as they are still developing but i own a friend who thinks its fine..but i feel they enjoy age limits in gyms for a use...
Firstly no, it is not OK - gym equipment is dangerous even for adults if not properly instructed so its a big no no for kids. Also gyms are mature environments and other users may not appreciated having a child in in that.
Also why does a 9 year old need a gym? Kids of that age should be out playing, on their bikes, playing sports, roller skating, climbing trees. If you don't want them to play out afterwards there are lots of classes that kids can do Judo to boxing to netball to swimming - they're more group orientated and much more fun than been contained by a gym. Gyms are no place for kids!
Sure in that is always young kids contained by the gym with their parents it wont affect their growth however take it confident on the weights don't let them do too much and be sure to show them the proper techniques. After adjectives I started by myself when I was 12 nothing wrong beside me 6' 200lbs and joined the marine corps.
Starting kids precipitate helps them keep it up on their own as they bring back older and you will have one motivated gym buddy!
Good luck
"> No, it's not fine. You should go to a gym and discuss it with them, they will be capable of give you all of the reason they are not allowed gym membership.
