Can isopropyl nitrite be found within a urine drugs tryout after using it to verbs equipment?
I was using isopropyl nitrite to clean some equipment and be overcome by the vapour, can this be detected in a drugs exam and if so how long for in your urine. Thanks!

Standard screening should not be capable of pick this up. In fact, I don't think any screening contraption available would detect it at all. Under physiological conditions, alkyl nitrites break down into nitric oxide, an endogenous signaling molecule. No method of drug screening presently in use could be used to accurately detect short possession elevations in systemic NO level as a result of exposure to nitrite inhalants. Especially urine, which are screens that look for metabolites - these compounds should not have any metabolites that manufacture it to the urine.
Are you sure it was isopropyl nitrate? The later time I came across it was when I be in the RAF and we used it as an engine starter fuel. It was the most obnoxious stuff I have ever come across, it is highly toxic and explosive.
