They are call road cases if that's what you're asking (sometimes flight/ATA cases). If they contain drawers (to contain tools, parts, etc.) and worksurfaces (benchtop like) they are called workboxes.
Some manufacturers are Anvil (about the oldest, best, and most expensive), Porter, Chili, Road Ready, Gator, SKB, Calzone, Olympic, Nelson and others.
Some are heavier duty (and heavier) some are lighter duty.
