Depends on the age of the patient,the severity of speech problem, other physical,mental problems.There are too many variables to answer this question easily or accurately.

My daughter had tooth brushes,pop cycle sticks,mirrors,pieces of different shaped rubber,gum,candy,balloon(to brand the oo sound(blowing it)etc...
