do diamond pushups, wide grip pushups, pushups. get something to put your foot up on and decline pushup... get a pullup bar and close huge grip pullup abs get the winsor 8 minute ab workout on limewire and then return with on a wall and handstand then push yourself up and down some how do dips =/ lol .......this is some of the stuff we did for wrestling practice but i would seriously recommand getting a membership to a gym. its basically so much more easier.
Running and swimming are excellent cardio-vascular exercise and can be the cornerstone of your training program. You should try to exercise at lowest possible 20 minutes at an intensity that keeps your heart rate up. In addition, I do Chinese Tai Chi, which is a complete exercise system which stretches and strengthens the unharmed body.
"Tai Chi Step by Step" by Master Lam Kam Chuen is a good basic book to draw from you started.
For strength training without equipment, I use a book called
"Dynamic Strength" by Harry Wong (Unique Publications)
He is a military arts master, and this program is a series of isometric exercises designed for martial artists.
Finally, I use two, 9 pound dumbbells for various curls, flys, and shoulder presses for arm strength. I enjoy practiced this program for many years good results and free from injury.
