First of all you what kind of body do you own and what are your goals? I would recommend that you join a gym, dont buy a cargo set! Your probably at your house enough, you dont need to spend 2 extra hours at hand lifiting. If you are trying to lose weight I would recommend alot of running, light lifting, start taking a multi vitamin and intake better. If you are trying to get built I would recommend alot of lifting, light running since you lift, your body weight contained by grams of protein each day, a sport multi vitamin and discipline. The sector where alot of people founder in getting fit is discipline. They lift for a few weeks and dance "cool that worked" or "This isnt entertaining anymore" and quit. You must be disciplined enough to be at the gym at least every other morning for at least an hour and a half at a time. If you would approaching more help shoot me an email at magnumr2(a)yahoo.com. I will work with you to set up a regiment. If not accurate luck man.
I deliberate i have the work out your looking for. Its on the website http://www.defrancostraining.com/articles/articles.htm
Its a workout designed by a world class weight nouns. who has workout with abundant great lifters at westside barbell gym. which is one of the most respected gyms in the world. but i suggest you join a gym because some of the work outs may be difficult to do near equipment you buy. unless you are willing to spend a lot of money. email me if you wanna know more. hope this may facilitate some.
I've owned a Bowflex for more or less 8 years and I love it. I just use the basic apparatus, although I have the leg press extension (I don't have room to set it up).
By alternating soon using the Bowflex and the next day walking, I lost 30+ lbs contained by about 8 weeks.
It came beside a video of sample circuits and also a very thorough instruction booklet for each exercise. The manual give some suggestions for putting together your circuits as well depending on what sort of results you want.
I really think that if you hold one piece of good all-around equipment, you won't need to acquire more than that. The Bowflex allows me to work any muscle group I want (I actually bought it to strengthen my back and it did that too).
Good luck!
