How can you shape up your stomache muscles and develop abs contained by a week, w/o have to use special gym equipment?

i jog a little everyday but nought seems to work, please help..:)

Do crunches, simple as that. Do not sit up adjectives the way, stop about partially way and hold it for 5 seconds. Then permit go, wait a second and do it again. Repeat 20 times until it become easy, then move to 30 etc. There are also different crunches for different areas of your abs. Google "Ab Exercises". (You also enjoy to watch what you eat, but that should be obvious) Good luck!
Hate to break it to you, but its almost impossible to develop abs surrounded by a week, the stomach muscles are one of the hardest to develop in the human body. But you could do alot of exercises and still mighten see any results. To get abs it depends on the entity and their body fat and the fat around their stomach, unless the overweight goes away, you will never see abs no matter how tons crunches you do, jogging is good but again it depends on the amount of excess weight around your stomach.

But you can eventually get abs by doing different types of sit ups, but it takes time and you shouldn't rush it.
