What brand of nightly exercise could I do using the equipment I hold?

Hello. I'm a 17 year old male and over this holiday I required to start doing a bit of an exercise routine to build up a bit of muscle and lose a bit of flab.

Grabbing all the various bits of equipment contained by the house I have collected two sets of weights, and exercise bike and a stepping machine.

I figure this is the kind of thing I could do formerly I go to bed? I have really little knowledge in this nouns and some help would be appreciated (: Durations and things would a great help.
