Where can i find used exercise equipment?

Alright, i would like to get a treadmill, but since they are fundamentally expensive i would like to look into possibly getting a used treadmill. where can i take a used but good quality treadmill?
You can see if you have a Play It Again sports store surrounded by your area. They only vend used sporting goods. You could also see if your area have a Freecycle group. Something like a treadmill might be difficult to find through Freecycle, but it's worth looking into. Also check your local newspaper's classifieds. Then there's always eBay.
I see them for sale in local the Fourth Estate all the time. Most of them are in great shape. Do not know where on earth you reside, but I bet you could find one like that.
