Can anyone suggest a piece of equipment that can be used next to preschoolers to foster their nouns?

Hi, i have to create a piece of equipment that can be used with preschoolers to foster their nouns in Awareness of own body movements (e.g. stretching, bending)

Anyone got any concept they can share with me, i would really appreciate it. Thanks!

A book full of photos/pictures asking "Can you do this?" and then a picture for them to try.

Make a fitness type dvd set up a camera sick on some music and caper! - that would be fun.
