How can i tighten my stomach short using special equipment or doing crunches?

My stomach just hangs over my waist splash. I want to lose weight specifically in the stomach are [ i don't want a pack or anything]. I own this pool party and all the population are really skinny i want to be able to wear a bikinni or any bathing suits without emotion huge. I don't have [i don't want to buy either] any special equipment. and it seems impossible for me to do crunches or sit ups. I want to tighten my stomach and find rid of my bumps and my love handles. I am already watching what i eat. And i run rather. And i do other exercises. please explain how to do the things if it is something specific.

save your stomach muscles flexed and tighten them. make sure you do other excercises too. if you go out for a stroll or do anything else, make sure you tighten up that stomach!

well you cant target a specific nouns to lose weight. running is a good start. once you lose a litle bit of shipment overall ur stomach muscles will show more. if u dont like doing crunches, you can do leg lifts. but theres no method to make your stomach smaller without losing consignment on your whole body. if you want to target ur obliques you can stand straight forward with a free counterweight and bend to the side using ur obliques to lift the weight within your hand. switch sides. very cheap & unforced exercise. make sure u feel the obliques pulling the mass back up. to do leg lifts lay on a flat surface and incline ur legs, if you want more intensity raise them, then stretch them apart, close them afterwards lower. it should be about 10 seconds. u can put ur hand under ur butt or lower back to reduce the discomfort. another easier stomach exercise is to sit in a v with ur knees bent and row ur arms. its rock-hard to explain, but u sit on the floor bend ur knees, ur bottom should be the bottom of the V, your back should be the one side, your thighs the other side of the v with your foot flat on the floor. pump ur arms up and down in small motions straight in front of ur body, count 100. to work the obliques near this exercise, lean ur legs to one side and twist your torso to the other side pump ur arms for 100 counts on the side that ur body is facing, should still be a v, only twisted. u will know that youre doing this right cuz u will be aware of it in ur stomach. hope i explained these exercises well, i find them much easier than crunches which are much harder on my pay for and my thighs than my stomach.
all i do to stay skinny is run 1 mile everyday. if you keep that up for at lowest a week i am sure it will tighten a little more. sorry thats all i can devise of. :( well you can try wallsits. they will tighten up your abs and your stomach too. try that. it helps me. righteous luck!:)
I'm pretty much on the same plan as you. I am trying to loose cargo in the stomach area. This is what I do (everynight)
Lift weights [if you enjoy them] 10ups 2x
Sit ups 25ups 2-3x
running 10min
walking/cooloff 5min

I also watch what i eat. GOOD LUCK GIRL! =] aim for that bikini

try to increase your cardio, run more or do sports with running. If you don't like to run much I guess speed totter everyday.
Do exercsizes that naturally work your stomache such as cycling or kickboxing. You stipulation to engage your core to do those correctly.. And you dont need to do that ONLY when youre excersizing..Tighten your abs periodically throughout the sunshine.. Say you're walking down the street to your car.. Pull your navel to your spin and you'll feel them working as you stroll! If you're putting stuff away, just pull the stomache within and you're working them again.

I do recommend increasing your cardio. Doing speed walking and running intervals is good for that. But girl...I'm sorry there is no straightforward way to get a flat tummy unless you work on it! If you're not going to invest the time surrounded by your body it wont give you results. Beauty doesn't come easy...or cheap. You have better learn to LOVE crunches baby! Sorry!
ISOMETRICS! Sit up completely straight contained by a chair and clench the muscles in your stomache for as long as you can possible stand it! Dont forget to breathe! And repeat! Crunches are unpromising, and you can isometrics while working!! Source(s): Experience
