How do i start developing a six-pack short using any equipment because im 13?
Answers:
Crunches, sit-ups, lean final on your hands while sitting on the floor and lift your legs..
I dont have an idea that you'll develop a six-pack for a year or two still, because of your young age, but excercising won't harm you anyway..
the 'six pack' is developed by doing exercises that use your abdominal muscles eg. the aforementioned situps will do it.
However, if you want ppl to see the six pack, consequently you need to have a great diet, drastically little junk in it and plenty of cardio to burn the portly off.
As the fat disappears, your six pack will shine through.
I presume you mean abs. Sit ups and more sit ups. Vary them. From flat on back . No ez. put your legs on a bed and do crunchs. Use a stool . Keep verying the angle. Also do toe touchs. Twists with a broom handle . And bent over twists. google flat stomach for routines. Add some push ups . And chin ups. Also do twsiting chin ups.
Damn dude, youre not even fully developed on the other hand, well its probably not gunna be as effective but here it go, for a normal male,
20 minutes of running a time, 240-350 crunches a day and of course a HEALTHY diet NOT A LIGHT DIET but a robust diet.
You're too young to drink beer.
Go do some sit-ups or something. lol
My 13 yr aged nephew is trying to do the same.
He is doing push ups and sit ups.
He also plays basketball and has two small weights for his arms.
He puts his foot under the bed to support him to do the sit ups.
Start slow, you will be achy
sit ups
Well....in my arts school there are "a lot" of 13year old guys that hold six packs...try joining the football team, saunter a lot, cricket, track
You know--Just try those things before anything else do that for around half a year :)
Hope I helped

There are variation on crunches that you should be doing to ensure that you target all the necessary areas. A everyday crunch will target just one area.
